📦 How long does delivery take?

Delivery time consists of two stages:

Processing Time:
1–2 business days for order confirmation, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time (Australia):
5–12 business days after dispatch.


🚚 Shipping Options

  • Free standard shipping across Australia & New Zealand on all orders placed today.

  • If free shipping does not apply, a flat rate of AUD 7 will be charged at checkout.


🕒 Warehouse Hours & Order Cut-Off

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the next business day.


✏️ Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 3 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, all orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled or edited.


📦 Lost or Returned Packages

  • If your order is lost or undeliverable due to courier issues, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are not issued for courier-related lost packages.

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a reshipping fee may apply.

🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

We’re truly sorry if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Here’s how we handle it:

  • We’ll send you a free replacement item.

  • If the replacement is also defective, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Please note: Refunds are only issued if the replacement is also defective.
