Returns & Refunds – Talia’s Boutique Sydney

Received the wrong item or something defective?

We’re so sorry!
If you’ve received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please email us at info@taliasboutique.com right away. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Not fully satisfied with your order?

No worries — you’re welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In saleable condition

  • With all tags still attached

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be eligible for a full refund (excluding return shipping fees).

Please note:
We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or returned without original packaging.


🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

To qualify for return, please ensure the item(s) are:

  • In unworn, unused condition

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)


🔁 Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@taliasboutique.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

All return requests must be pre-approved. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If something’s wrong, send us a clear photo or video as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of it — whether that means sending a replacement or arranging another solution.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Here’s what to do instead:

  1. Return the item you received

  2. Place a new order for the preferred size or style

  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund promptly


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


📦 Return Terms & Conditions

  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original plastic packaging

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Talia’s Boutique Sydney

  • Returns must be sent via a tracked postal service

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged returns

  • Returns must be sent to our international distribution centre in China

  • Pre-approval via email is required before sending any return
